Uccellieran viinitilalta "Rapace" on punaviini, joka on tuotettu Montalcinon arvostetulla alueella pääasiassa Sangiovesesta, pienillä osuuksilla Merlotia ja Cabernet Sauvignonia. Pitkän kypsymisen ansiosta tynnyrissä ja pullossa, se esittelee rikkaan ja kehittyneen aromikokonaisuuden, jossa kasvi- ja balsamivivahteet ovat etualalla yhdistettynä Välimeren kasvillisuuden ja myrttimarjojen aromeihin. Maku on tiheä, hyvässä raikkaudessa ja samettisessa tanniinissa, jossa on mantelimaisia jälkimaun paluuta.
