The Aulente Bianco wine, made within the San Patrignano estate, is a white simple, fresh, and pleasantly fragrant, which well expresses the desire to propose a modern version of the good everyday wine of the past. In the glass, it presents a light straw yellow color with bright reflections. Fine and delicate, it offers a bouquet characterized by floral scents of elderflower and acacia flowers, citrus aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, green apple, white peach, and Williams pear, enriched by vegetal hints of herbs and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with soft and juicy aromas that lead towards a fresh and balanced finish.
well-ventilated, also thanks to the presence of sea breezes that rise from the Adriatic coast towards the inland. The harvest takes place towards the end of August, taking care to pick the grapes in the cooler hours of the morning. The bunches undergo a gentle pressing, and the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
